| 美食 | 新加坡美食天書發佈會
感謝新加坡旅遊局邀請我這半個旅遊Blogger去到海南少爺餐廳體驗新加坡的飲食文化~ 大會請來了新加坡Roxy Laksa總廚Mike Lim即場示範整Laksa, 椰香撲鼻,老師還笑說這次煮出來比起新加坡店鋪裡的只有50% 好食! (哈!! 睇住嚟,我一定會去試0既~) 帶回了Laksa和海南雞調味套裝,等我睇住後面instruction step by step試下煮先~~~
↑ 也有海南少爺老板兼主廚Tony分享fusion 式新加坡菜的做法,這一味黑松露海南雞飯卷,想不到連雞脾和雞胸的烹煮的時間也要分別控制呢!
